BoTree Air Dried Salted Green Peppercorns, 50g

Harvested while still immature, BoTree Kampot Salted Green Peppercorns are preserved by mixing together with Kampot Fleur de Sel before being air dried.

The texture is crunchy while the flavour is  full of rounded, warming spice that gently heats the back of the throat. There is a delightful vibrancy and the long finish is punchy and luxurious.

 These pepper berries bring a real lift to whatever you add them to.
 
Sprinkle into salads, fried rice, over pizzas or omelettes. Add to paté and cheese, caramel or chocolate. Embed in pork pies, Scotch eggs or any other kind of pie!

Snack on them over a beer or glass of wine.
