Apsara TV visits Bo Tree Farm

Bo Tree was very honoured to have Ream Chamroeun from Cambodia’s Apsara Radio and TV pay a visit the farm late last year and create a documentary programme all about Kampot Pepper. Aly starred in interviews, filmed in amongst the pepper poles, before the cameras moved on to The Kampot Pepper Shop, our pepper shop in Kampot Town, to speak to Chheav Ey, the shop manager. Since it was the wrong time of year to witness the harvest, I provided the footage of the picking and processing stages plus the aerials.
