Great Taste Awards 2021: the 50 tastiest foods chosen by experts (The Times)

Featured in “The Best Seasonings” category, the judges described our pepper berries thus: “This aromatic pepper, made from fresh red kampot pepper berries fermented in salt then crushed in a mortar, gives an intense yet balanced heat.”
